長く入荷の途絶えていたエステザルグの白がやっと入荷しました。
グルナッシュブラン、クレレット、ブールブラン、ヴィオニエのブレンドで造られた
オーガニックワイン。
野生酵母で発酵した亜硫酸無添加、ノンフィルターの自然派ワインです。
華やかなアロマ、南のワインならではの厚みのある果実味に、亜硫酸無添加ならでは
の優しい味わい。
美味しいですよお。

エステザルグの赤も2019年が入荷しました。
まだ2018年の在庫もあるけど、品質確認のため飲んでみます。
赤も亜硫酸無添加、野生酵母、ノンフィルターの自然派ワイン。
少し還元臭があるかなと予想していましたが、全くありませんでした。
綺麗な果実味と豊かな酸、自然な風味で高めのアルコール度数も気になりません。
やっぱりエステザルグは上手ですね。
ああ、良かった。美味しくて。

I don’t like this season.
1st Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2019 1,280 yen + tax
Finally, we received this organic white wine with new vintage, which was out of stock for a long time.
It is made by wild yeast with no sulfur and bottled by non-filtering.
I felt very fresh aroma, rich fruits and natural mouthfeel.
SO TASTY!
2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2019 1,280 yen + tax
We received the red with the new vintage, too.
We still have 2018 vintage of this organic wine but I tried to taste this to check the quality.
It is also very good.
I supposed if it has some reductive smell before tasting but there was nothing such smell.
I felt very good fruits, charming red berries, silky tannin and comfortable aftertaste.
It is made by wild yeast with no sulfur and bottled by non-filtering, too.
I am sure again that Estezargues is a special winery.
