自宅待機が続きます。
おとといdaimajoさまが作ったカレーで、お昼にカレーうどんを作りました。
すごく美味しいです。
実はワタシは世の中で一番美味しい食べ物は、カレーうどんではないかと疑っています。
1本目 マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2019 870円
マルキドボーランのソーヴィニヨン・ブランは、いわゆるソーヴィニヨン・ブランの品種の特性が良く出ています。
青い香草系のアロマ、柑橘系の果実味とキレる酸、しゃきっとしたミネラル感。
月曜日に飲んだマルキドボーランのシャルドネとの違いが明白。
どっちがシャルドネで、どっちがソーヴィニヨン・ブランか？ってワイン初心者が勉強したいときにうってつけだと思います。
あと、美味しいし。
2本目 マルキドボーラン メルロー 2019 870円
マルキのメルローは、月曜日に飲んだマルキのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンによく似ています。
メルローの方が果実味のヴォリューム感があって、渋みが丸みを帯びています。
あと、かすかに感じる甘みが、ボディを大きくしている感じ。
月曜日のカベルネには氷を入れなかったけど、今日のメルローは氷を入れました。
あら不思議。しゃっきとした酸が出てきてエレガント。
こりゃ、氷を入れた方が美味しいですね。

I cooked Carry-Udon at lunch.
I guess that the most delicious food in the world may be Carry-Udon.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2019 870 yen
I think Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc has obvious character of Sauvignon Blanc.
I felt herby aroma, sharp fruits, fine citrus and good minerals.
You can easily find the difference between MBR Chardonnay and MBR Sauvignon Blanc.
If you are a wine beginner and want to know grape variety difference, you should try to compare MBR Chardonnay and MBR Sauvignon Blanc.
Also, both of them are tasty.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2019 870 yen
MBR Merlot and MBR Cabernet Sauvignon is similar.
However, MBR Merlot has bigger fruits, milder tannin than MBR Cabernet.
Also MBR Merlot has a slight sweetness which MBR Cabernet doesn’t have.
I needed not put ice cubes with MBR Cabernet last Monday.
But I put a lot of ice cubes in to the glass today.
It was so nice!
