たまってしまった仕事、あれや、これや、今日一日で何とか挽回出来ました。
今日のお料理。
生牡蠣
真鯛のカルパッチョ
イチゴ、サーモン、アヴォカドのサラダ
イチゴは地元岡上産。蔵邸ワイナリーの山田さんのイチゴです。
ラザニア
今日も大変よく出来ました。
1本目 アルエディレ ピノ・グリージョ 2020 1,650円
イタリア・ヴェネト産の白ワイン。
リラックスワインのチェスコンの上級ワインです。
ピノ・グリージョならではの厚みのある果実味に、心地よいミネラル感。
うーむ、やっぱり美味しい。
実は、アルエディレ、その価値をアメリカのとある大手インポーターに見つかって、ワイナリーの在庫全て買い占められたようです。
これからは、アロケーションが必要なワインになるようです。
うーむ、よかったとは思うけど。
2本目 パラッツィ ネロ・ダーヴォラ 2019 1,000円
イタリア・シチリアの赤ワイン。
ラザニアなんで、やっぱイタリアワインかな？
と思って選びました。
心地よい赤い果実味、サラリとした口当たり。
最近流行りのスタイルです。
ワタシのボロネーゼを使うスタイルのラザニアは、たしか北イタリアの料理だと思いますが、この南イタリアのワインもぴったりでした。

Lasagna
They were very well done today.
1st al & dile Pinot Grigio 2020 1,650 yen
It is a white wine from Veneto, Italy.
It is a high-grade wine of Cescon, which is a Relax Wine.
This Pinot Grigio has a thick fruit flavor and a pleasant minerality.
Hmmm, it’s delicious after all.
In fact, it seems that the value of al & dile was found by a major importer in the United States, and all the winery’s inventory was bought up.
From now on, it seems that it will be a wine that needs to be allocated.
Well, I think it was good.
2nd Palazzi Nero D’Avola 2019 1,000 yen
It is a red wine from Sicily, Italy.
It’s lasagna, so is it Italian wine after all?
So, I chose it.
I felt pleasant red fruits taste, smooth mouthfeel.
It is a style that is trendy these days.
I think the lasagna made with my Bolognese style is a dish from northern Italy, but this southern Italian wine was also perfect.
