今年もいよいよ押し詰まってきました。
今日のお料理。
真鯛のらっきょうカルパッチョ
NHKあさいちレシピです。
真鯛のカルパッチョのトッピングは、これまでいろいろのっけてきました。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツ、キウイ、イチゴ、ラフランスetc..
でも、このらっきょうが一番美味しいと思います。
らっきょう、最強！
牛肉きんぴらごぼう
これ、今朝のNHKあさいちレシピ。
冷蔵庫に牛肉が残っていたので作ったみたら、ものすごく美味しい！

今日も上出来でした。
1本目 アラルディカ コルテーゼ 2022 1,120円
イタリア・ピエモンテ産のサスティナブルワイン。
澄んだ果実味、爽やかな酸と心地よいミネラル感。
このピュアなテイストが、本当に好きです。
真鯛らっきょうカルパッチョにぴったりでした。
2本目 ベルクール ピノ・ノワール 2021 1,330円
リラックスワイン定番のラングドック産ピノ・ノワールです。
先日飲んだマルキドボーランのピノ・ノワールによく似たスタイルですが、
果実味、酸、ボディの全てが、一回り大きくなった感じです。
でも決して濃厚すぎることはなく、サラリとエレガント。
このピノ・ノワールもとても良いワインです。

Madai Rakkyo Carpaccio
This is an NHK Asaichi recipe.
The Madai carpaccio toppings have been varied in the past.
Oranges, grapefruits, kiwis, strawberries, La France, etc.
But I think this rakkyo is the most delicious.
Rakkyo, the strongest!
Beef Kinpira-Gobo
This is also NHK Asaichi recipe in this morning.
I had some beef left in the fridge, so I made it and it was incredibly delicious!

Tarracos Spaghetti
It was great.
1st Alaldica Cortese 2022 1,120 yen
It is a sustainable wine from Piedmont, Italy.
I felt fresh fruits, nice acidity and comfortable minerals.
I really like this pure taste.
It was perfect for Madai Rakkyo Carpaccio.
2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2021 1,330 yen
It is a Languedoc Pinot Noir that is a classic Relax Wine.
It’s a style very similar to the Pinot Noir of the Marquis de Beau Rond that I drank the other day.
The fruit, acid, and body are all a little bigger than Marquis de Beau Rond.
But it’s never too rich, and it’s smooth and elegant.
This Pinot Noir is also a very good wine.
