庭のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、まだ頑張っています。
そろそろジュースにしようかな。
今日の夕食は、我が家でいうところの居酒屋メニュー。
刺身

豆腐の中華風サラダ

いい感じです。
1本目 アンコーラ ピノ・グリージョ ロゼ 2022 1,100円
イタリア・ロンバルディア産のロゼワイン。
ピノ・グリージョ90%にピノ・ノワールが10%ブレンドされています。
ピンク色はピノ・ノワールの果皮の色ですね。
イチゴのような甘酸っぱい果実味に、きれいに伸びる酸が印象的。
ピュアでフレッシュな味わいが口の中いっぱいに広がります。
とても美味しいです。
これ、きっと、誰が飲んでも美味しいって言うと思います。
2本目 エステザルグ オーガニック コート・デュ・ローヌ 2022 1,580円
フランス南部ローヌ産の自然派ワイン。
有機栽培のシラー、グルナッシュ、サンソーを野生酵母、亜硫酸無添加で醸造しています。
幾重にも層が重なるような濃密の赤い果実味、収斂性の高い酸、それでいてまろやかな口当たり。
どこか高級なブルゴーニュワインを思わせるニュアンスを感じます。
美味しいです。
おでんにも良く合いました。

1st Ancola Pinot Grigio Rose 2022 1,100 yen
It is a rose wine from Lombardy, Italy.
It is made from 90% Pinot Grigio and 10% Pinot Noir.
The pink color is the color of the peel of Pinot Noir.
I felt the sweet and sour fruit taste like strawberries.
I was impressed in the acid that stretches beautifully.
The pure and fresh taste fills your mouth.
It is very tasty.
I’m sure anyone will say that this is delicious no matter who drinks it.
2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone 2022 1,580 yen
It is a BIO wine from the Rhone in the south of France.
It made from organically grown Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault by wild yeast without sulfite.
It has a dense red fruit flavor that seems to be layered on top of each other, a highly astringent acid, and a mellow mouthfeel.
It has a nuance that is somewhat reminiscent of high-class Burgundy wine.
It’s delicious.
It also went well with Oden.
