お彼岸のお墓参りにいってきました。
今日のお料理。
アスパラガスと生ハムのサラダ
エビ、ホタテ、アサリ、キノコのグラタン
最近のオーブン料理はドリアが多くて、グラタンは久しぶりでした。
グラタンも美味しいです。
１本目 ベル・デュ・スッド シャルドネ 2021 1,087円
リラックスワインが、セブン＆アイ グループのスーパーマーケットに開発輸入するPBワイン。
ラングドック産のシャルドネ100％で仕込まれた白ワインです。
豊かな果実味、きれいな酸と程よいミネラル感。
ピュアで雑味の無い口当たりは、リラックスワインならではの特長です。
抜群のコストパフォーマンスだと思います。
2本目 ベル・デュ・スッド ピノ・ノワール 2021 1,087円
同じくセブン＆アイ グループのPBワイン。
赤はラングドック産のピノ・ノワール100％です。
新鮮なストロベリーを思わせる赤い果実味、心地の良い酸味と、サラリとした口あたり。
繊細でエレガントなスタイルのピノ・ノワールです。
1,000円のピノ・ノワールで、このクオリティーは凄いと思います。

Recently, my oven dishes have been a lot of doria, and it has been a long time since I cooked gratin.
Gratin is also delicious.
1st Belle du Sud Chardonnay 2021 1,087 yen
Relax Wines develops and imports PB wines for Seven & i Group supermarkets.
It is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Languedoc.
I felt rich fruit taste, clean acid and moderate minerality.

It is the PB wine also for Seven & i Group.
The red is made from100% Pinot Noir grown in Languedoc.
I felt red fruits reminiscent of fresh strawberries, pleasant acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.
It is a Pinot Noir in a delicate and elegant style.
It’s a 1,000 yen Pinot Noir, and I think this quality is amazing.
