Recently, my oven dishes have been a lot of doria, and it has been a long time since I cooked gratin.
Gratin is also delicious.

I felt red fruits reminiscent of fresh strawberries, pleasant acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.
It is a Pinot Noir in a delicate and elegant style.
It’s a 1,000 yen Pinot Noir, and I think this quality is amazing.
