今日はすごい雨と風。
ワタシの住む町田市には、警戒レベル３が発令されたほど。
今日は自宅の仕事部屋にプリンターを設置しました。
少しテンションがあがりました。
1本目 オリオルロッセール キュヴェ エスペシアル NV 1,280円 + 税
リラックスワインの泡と言えば、これ。
カーヴドリラックスの開業当初から輸入を続けるロングセラーです。
日本へ輸出用だけ仕込むこのキュヴェは、動瓶作業をいまだに3名の専門の職人が手作業で行っています。
とにかく泡が心地よい。酸がきれい。果実味がエレガント。
やっぱり美味しいなあ。
2本目 マルキドボーラン ピノノワール 2017 1,000円 + 税
おいしいです。何度飲んでもおいしいです。飲めば飲むほどおいしいです。
ピュアな果実味としっかりとした酸、さらりとした口当たり。
1,000円で、このエレガントなピノノワールが飲めるのは本当に幸せだとワタシは思
います。

I have been importing this one since 20 years ago.
It is made by hand.
The three craftsmen move the bottles in the cellar.
I love the elegant babbles, nice fruits and acidity.

I love the pure fruits, elegant acidity, and fine mouthfeel.
It is a very happy thing that you can buy this fine Pinot Noir with only 1,000 yen, I think.
