今日は近所の回転寿司で夕食です。
いつものワイン、イタリア・プーリア産の白ワインをデカンタでいただきました。
シンプルな白ワインですが、フレッシュで雑味が無く、すっきりとした口当たり。
お寿司をよく引き立ててくれます。
やっぱりお寿司にはワインですね。

Today, I had dinner at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in the neighborhood.
I had the usual house wine, white wine from Puglia, Italy, in a decanter.
It is a simple white wine, but it is fresh, tasteless, and has a clean mouthfeel.
It complements the sushi well.
After all, wine is the best partner for sushi.
It was a treat.
