タラコスパゲティとサラダは、夕刻ささっと料理しました。

イタリア・ロンバルディア州産のロゼワイン。
ピノ・グリージョ90％にピノ・ノワール10％をブレンドしています。
最近、このロゼが好きで、家で良く飲んでいます。
爽やかな酸と、愛らしい果実の風味に嵌りました。
キンキンに冷やしたロゼワインは最高です。
2本目 マルキドボーラン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2020 980円
南仏産のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン100％で造られたリラックスワインの定番中の定番。
すべてのリラックスワインの中のベストセラーです。
たしかに美味しい。
特にバランス感に優れています。
今夜のような、普通の食事にも良く合います。
