今日の夕食は、新百合ヶ丘のさとう。
マイフェーヴァリットのお寿司屋さんです。
先付の鮎の煮付け、今まで食べた鮎の中で一番美味しかったかもです。
お刺身も最高！
今日は旬の終わりの貝類が絶品でした。
今日は、チェイス・ザ・グレープを持ち込みました。
鯖の塩焼き

蛤の酒蒸し
鰻の佃煮丼
親方がどんどん出してくれるお皿は、どれも激うま。
でも、握り寿司の入る余地がだんだん少なくなっていきます。
それでもやっぱり握り寿司。
お寿司とワイン、最高でーす！

I went to Shin-Yurigaoka and hada nice sushi dinner at Sato.
This is my favorite sushi restaurant.
The stewed ayu with the tip may have been the most delicious ayu I have ever eaten.
The sashimi is also great!
Today, the shellfish at the end of the season were excellent.
Today, I brought in Chase the Grapes.
