今日は近所の回転寿司で夕食です。
先日、町田のくら寿司で、ワイン無しの寿司だったリベンジです。
こちらのお店は、熟練の職人さんがきちんと寿司を握っています。
やっぱ、職人さんが握った寿司は美味しいです。
ハウスワインは、イタリア・プーリアの白。
500ml のデカンタが、680円は超リーズナブル。
雑味の無いすっきりとした口当たり。寿司に良く合います。
しっかり寿司を食べて、しっかりワイン飲んで、お会計は先日のくら寿司より安かったです。
やっぱり寿司にはワインですね！！

Today I had dinner at a conveyor belt sushi in the neighborhood.
The other day, at Kura Sushi in Machida, it was revenge for sushi without wine.
At this sushi bar, skilled craftsmen hold sushi properly.
After all, the sushi made by the craftsman is delicious.
The house wine is white from Puglia, Italy.
A 500ml carafe is super reasonable for 680 yen.
I felt clean mouthfeel with no unpleasant taste.
It went well with sushi.
I ate sushi well, drank wine, and the bill was cheaper than Kura sushi the other day.
After all, wine is for sushi !
