今日はスキヤキです。
鹿児島産黒毛和牛の切り落としを購入。
スーパーで100g 500円の特売品でしたが、黒毛和牛はやっぱり美味しいですね。
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール キュヴェ エスペシヤル NV 1,420円
スペイン産のオーガニック・スパークリングです。
未だ熟練の職人が手作業で動瓶を行うクラフト系カーヴァ。
この価格帯で、手作業で動瓶をしているのは他にはないんじゃないかな？
きめ細やかな泡、フレッシュな果実味としっかりとした酸、長い余韻。
やっぱりオリオル・ロッセールは違います。素晴らしいと思います。
リラックスワインが輸入を始めた1998年から続くロングセラー。日本市場専用のキュヴェです。
2本目 ベルクール ピノ・ノワール 2021 1,330円
新ロットのベルクールのピノ・ノワールは、ボルドー型のボトルです。
昨年半ば、ヨーロッパでは極端な瓶資材の不足状態に陥りました。
ウクライナのガラス瓶工場が閉鎖された事が理由です。ワタシも知りませんでしたが、ワイン瓶の生産で大きなシェアを持つ大規模な工場だったそうです。
それでサプライチェーンが崩壊、特にブルゴーニュ型の瓶が無くなりました。
ベルクールも、どうしてもブルゴーニュ瓶が手に入らず、長期欠品かボルドー瓶に詰めるのかの二者選択をせめられました。
やむなくボルドー瓶を選択して、いま販売中です。
味わいは変わらぬエレガントなピノ・ノワール、とても美味しいです。
でも、なんか、こう、変な感じがします。
幸い瓶不足は解消に向かって、次回の入荷はブルゴーニュ瓶に戻ります。
瓶の価格は2倍以上に値上がりしているそうですが。。、

1st Oriol Rossell Cuvée Especial NV 1420 yen
It is made from Xalel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method.
It is a hand-made sparkling wine by experienced craft men.
It is unusual in this price class.
I felt creamy babbles, fresh fruits, nice acidity and long after taste.
I think it has an outstanding quality.
It is quite different from other ordinary Cava.
I have been importing this one since 1998.
A long seller wine!
2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2021 1330 yen
The bottle shape has changed from this new arrival lot.
You had a serious glass bottle shortage in EU in middle last year because of the Russia invasion.
There is one of biggest wine bottle manufacture in Ukraine.
They have had to stop the work.
Especially, Burgundy bottle disappeared.
Then I had to choose a long time out-of-stock or Bordeaux bottle.
Left with no alternative, I chose Bordeaux bottle.
The wine quality is as same as Burgundy bottle but I felt something different.
Fortunately, the shortage situation has got better.
The next shipping will be back to Burgundy bottle.
