バレンタインデーですね。
バレンタインデーといえば、やはり寿司。
で、新百合ヶ丘のお寿司さん「さとう」で夕食。
最近、月に2回はここでお寿司をいただく事にしています。
お刺身盛り、最高。
真鯛の煮付けも、なんでこんなに美味しいの？
さて、バレンタインデーといえば日本ワイン。
今日は小布施で攻めました。
クロドカクトー・シャルドネ 2021の研ぎ澄まされた果実味とミネラル感。
チャブ台ワイン2021の爽やかな酸とゆったりとした果実の風味。、
どちらも、さとうのお寿司とピッタリハマりました。
それにしても1000円台、2000円代のワインにもディアム10のコルクを使っているのは、小布施ワインだけかな？
今日の一番の驚きは、イワシの握り。
人生で一番美味しいイワシを食べましたよ。
最近、いろいろあって大変なんですが、今夜は最高のバレンタインデーになりました。

No Wine Day

I went to Shin-Yurigaoka and had a very nice sushi dinner at Sato.
Recently, I love this sushi bar very much.
The sashimi is outstanding.
It is far different from any others.
The other dishes were outstanding, too.
I brought two bottles of wine as usual.
I chose Obuse Wine today.
The white wine was Clos de Kakuto Chardonnay.
It has very pure fruits and clean-comfortable minerals.
The red wine was Cepage Hybrid Rouge Vin de Table.
It was a really beautiful and charming red wine.
Both wines showed a perfect marriage with Sato’s sushi.
It was a wonderful Valentine’s Day today!
