真鯛のカルパッチョ

鹿児島産黒豚ヒレ肉とリンゴのソテー
良くできました。
1本目 タケダワイナリー ブラン 2022 1,980円
新しいヴィンテージ、初めて飲みます。山形産のデラウエア55%とマスカット・ベーリーＡ45%のブレンド。
ブランという名前ですが、ほのかなピンク色。
おそらく軽く醸し発酵をしているのかな？
澄みきった銘水のような透明感、爽やかな酸と優しく心地の良い微かな渋み。
絶妙です。素晴らしいと思います。
あんまり美味しいので、タケダワイナリーの社長の典子さんに「凄く美味しい！」って電話しようかと思いましたが、日曜日の夜なので思いとどまりました。
2本目 タケダワイナリー ルージュ 2021 1,980円
赤は、将棋の駒で有名な山形県天童市で収穫したマスカット・ベーリーＡで仕込まれています。
酸がしっかりと乗った健全なブドウを徹底的に選果し、丁寧に醸造しています。
ワイナリーのボトムラインのワインですが、いっさいの手抜きはありません。
落ち着いたピュアな果実味、綺麗な酸、ハツラツとした口当たり。
マスカット・ベーリーＡの一つの完成形ではないでしょうか？
凄く美味しいです。
一番生産量の多いこのシリーズで、このクオリティ。ワイナリーの矜持を強く感じるワインです。

1st Takeda Winery Blanc 2022 1980 yen
I tasted this new vintage at the first time.
It is made from 55% Delaware and 45% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamagata.
The name of wine is Blanc but the color is slight pink.
I felt very clean mouthfeel like a fine mineral water.
I also felt very fresh citrus, good acidity and slight tannin.
It has a very well-balanced harmony.
I like this one very, very much.

2nd Takeda Winery Rouge 2021 1980 yen
The rouge is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Tendo Yamagata.
The winery selected only perfect grapes and produced them very carefully.
This one is the bottom range wine of the winery but the quality is an outstandingly excellent.
I felt beautiful red fruits, charming acidity and elegant tannin.
I think this one is one of the completed styles of Muscat Bailey-A.
It was so delicious.
I am sure again Takeda is one of the top wineries in Japan.
