日曜日、早朝の薬師池公園の散策に続き、今夜はライトアップされた薬師池を散策。
息を飲むような見事な夜景。
ランドマークの大銀杏もライトアップされています。
池に映り込んだ二重の紅葉は、なんとも幻想的。
うーん、見事です。
自宅から車で10分もかからないところに、こんな素晴らしい公園があります。
なんだか誇らしい気持ちになりました。
さて、今日は焼肉。

１本目 アル・エ・ディレ ピノ・グリージョ 2018 1,650円
焼肉に合わせる白ワインは、果肉の厚みが欲しい。
で、このヴェネトのピノ・グリージョにしました。
たっぷりとした豊かな果実味、加えて綺麗な酸とミネラル感。
ピュアな口当たりがなんともうれしいです。
焼肉にぴったり。でらうま。
2本目 リラックスワイン ボジョレー ヌーヴォー 2022 3,500円
焼肉だからといって、なにもフルボディのワインとは限りません。
フレッシュな酸と果実味が、焼肉のファット感をさらりと流してくれます。
それにしても、今年のヌーヴォーは良い出来ですね。
ワインとして、かなり高レベル。
何度飲んでも美味しいです。

I had a night walk at Yakushi-Ike Park near my home.
The lighting-up autumn leaves were fantastic and mysterious.
So beautiful !!
I had a Yakiniku BBQ dinner today.
1st al & dile Pinot Grigio 2018 1650 yen
I wanted to taste a white wine which had big fruits.
Then I chose this Pinot Grigio made in Veneto.
This one is one of my most favorite white wines in Relax Wine.
I felt very rich fruits, beautiful acidity and fine minerals.
The style was truly pure and natural.
It was very good for the Yakiniku BBQ tonight.
2nd Relax Wine Beaujolais Nouveau 2022 3500 yen
You should not chose only dark and full-bodied red wine for Yakiniku BBQ.
This fresh red wine made your mouth clean from a Yakiniku fat.
I was sure again the Beaujolais Nouveau in this year was very, very special.
It’s an outstanding Nouveau, I think.
