在宅だと、どうしてもオリンピックが気になって仕事になりません。
スピードスケートみたく、あっという間に終わるのはまだしも、フィギアとか、ジャンプとかは時間が長すぎていかんですね。

今日のお刺し身。
記録的な不漁といわれるスルメイカがやっと出回りだしました。
1本目 アラルディカ コルテーゼ 2020 1,050円
イタリア・ピエモンテ産の”SQNPI”サステイナブル認証を持つ白ワイン。
コルテーゼは同じピエモンテのガヴィを造るブドウです。
澄んだ透明な果実味、キレのある柑橘系の酸、青りんごを思わせるフレッシュな切れ味。
ピュアでナチュラルな典型的なリラックスワインのスタイルです。
2本目 オリオル・ロッセール キュヴェ・エスペシャル NV 1,350円
今日の2本目は泡にしました。
フレッシュでキメの細やかな泡に、奥行きのある豊かな果実感。
抜群に安定感のある美味しいカーヴァです。
「きちんと造った泡は美味しんだよ。」ってボトルが語り掛けてくるような錯覚を覚えます。
残念ながら、いま世の中には粗悪な輸入スパークリングワインが氾濫しています。

1st Araldica Piemonte Cortese 2020 1050 yen
It is made from100% Cortese grown in Piemonte Italy by “SQNPI” sustainable method.
Cortese is the grape variety of Gavi, which is a popular-fine white wine in Piemonte.
I felt clean fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
The pure and natural taste is a typical style of Relax Wine.

2nd Oriol Rossell Cuvee Especial NV 1350 yen
The today’s second wine was a sparkling wine.
I like the very elegant babbles and very rich-deep fruits very much.
It is a truly fine Cava.
I felt as if the bottle talked to me,” The decent produced sparkling wine is delicious.”
Unfortunately, you have many cheap-bad sparkling wines in our market in these days.
Be careful, please.
