南フランスで収穫したアイレンとマカブーのブレンドで仕込んだスパークリングワイン。
リラックワインのオリジナルです。
シンプルで、特徴がつかみにくい何てことのない泡ですが、なぜか美味しい。
泡が細かくて、オフフレーバー・雑味が一切ありません。
ピュアで透き通った味のないスパークリングワイン。
キンキンに冷やして、味がないけど冷たくて美味しい！
2本目 サンプルワイン シャルドネ 2020
某ラングドックの生産者から届いたサンプルです。
これ、美味しいです。
リッチな果実味、きれいな酸と穏やかなミネラル感、ほのかに感じる上品な樽のニュアンス。
とても美味しいし、値段もリーズブルですが、キャラが完全にベルクールのシャルドネに被ります。
リラックスではお腹がいっぱい。
どなたか安くて美味しいラングドックのシャルドネを探しているインポーターさんはいませんか？

1st Bellecourt Blanc de Blanc NV 1380 yen
This sparkling wine is made from Airén and Maccabeu grown in Languedoc.
It is a Relax Wine Original.
The style is very simple but tasty.
It is difficult to find it’s character but tasty.
I didn’t feel any bad taste or any off-flavor.
The taste is very pure, fresh and clean.
It is a very cool sparkling wine!
2nd Sample wine Chardonnay 2020
I received this sample Chardonnay from some winery in Languedoc.
It’s a very nice Chardonnay.
I felt rich fruits, nice acidity, good minerals and slight elegant cask nuance.
The character is very similar to Bellecourt Chardonnay.
I can’t buy this style of white wine anymore.
Does someone want to import a reasonable Chardonnay form Languedoc?
