ホタテ、サーモン、キウイのブルスケッタ
鹿児島ダブルエックス・ヒレ肉とリンゴのソテー
久しぶりにブルスケッタを作りました。
美味しかったです。
1本目 キザンセレクション シャルドネ 2018 1,900円 ＋ 税
本当に、本当に、本当に澄みきった透明感いっぱいのワインです。
まるで硬度の高いミネラルウオーターを飲むような感覚と、心地よいフルーツ感もあふれます。
穏やかながら、しっかりと存在感のある酸もお見事。
2本目 キザンセレクション メルロー 2018 2,100円 ＋ 税
このメルロー、なんとも見事なバランスの赤ワイン。
軽いタッチながら奥にしっかりとしたグリップを感じます。
繊細でありながら、輪郭のはっきりとしたタンニンが全体の味わいを引き締めます。
押しつけがましさが一切ないけど、ぐいぐいワインに引き込まれていく感じ。
いや、美味しい。
やっぱり土屋夫妻の造るワインは何かが違いますね。
もっと飲みたい！

Delicious!
1st Kizan Selection Chardonnay 2018 1900 yen + tax
It is a really pure and clean Chardonnay.
I love the fine-clear fruits, tasty citrus and very good minerals.
I felt as if I tasted very fine mineral water.
The style is outstandingly elegant.
I think it is one of the best Chardonnay wines in Japan.
2nd Kizan Merlot 2018 2100 yen + tax
This Merlot is fabulously elegant, too.
The style is very delicate and elegant but also potent.
I love the charming red fruits, nice acidity and beautiful tannins.
I had to be concentrating to taste the wine only.
However, also it was very good for pork & apple sauté today.
So delicious!
I want to drink more!
