調布の深大寺にお詣りに行きました。
昨年あたりから、深大寺が若い女性の間で大人気だそうで、今日も境内は女子がいっぱい。
今日は、ほとんどのお蕎麦屋さんが冬休み。
数件だけ開いている門前のお蕎麦屋さんは、どこも長蛇の列。
深大寺の裏手、神代植物園に続く坂道を登ったところにある玉乃屋さんは、こんな時の穴場。
幸い営業中。すぐに席に案内してもらい、けんちん蕎麦を頂きました。
身体がポカポカあったまり、とても美味しかったです。
元三大師堂で護摩を焚いていただき、帰宅しました。
今日の夕食は鍋料理。
キムチ鍋は久しぶりです。
鶏ガラを昨日から炊いて、濃厚なスープを取りました。キムチは控えめ、辛さ控えめです。
寒い夜にキムチ鍋。
最高でした。

キムチ鍋に合わせるワインって、難しいですね。
スパイシーな風味に合わせて、北海道・濱田ヴィンヤード のバッカスを選びました。
ほのかに甘いフレーバーに、僅かな泡。懐の深い密度の高い果実の風味。
キムチの風味に負けないどころか、マイルドて上品な味わいを生み出してくれます。
いや、ピッタリ、美味しい。
まるでソムリエが選んだマリアージュのようです。
あ、そういえば、私はソムリエでした。

I went to visit Jindaiji Temple in Chofu.
Since last year, Jindaiji Temple has been very popular among young ladies, and the precincts are full of girls today.
Today, most soba restaurants are on winter close.
The soba restaurants in front of the gate, which are only open in a few places, have long lines everywhere.
Tamanoya, located up the slope leading to the Jindai Botanical Garden, is a hidden gem at times like this.
Fortunately, it is open. I was immediately guided to my seat and had a Kenchin-soba.
My body was warm and it was very delicious.
I had a “Goma” ceremony at the Ganzan-daishi Hall and went home.
Today’s dinner is a hot pot dish.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had a Kimuchi hot pot.
I cooked chicken bones yesterday and got a rich soup.
Kimuchi is mild and mildly spicy.
Kimuchi hot pot on a cold night. It was the best.

Hamada Vineyard Bacchus 2020
It’s difficult to pair wine with Kimuchi hot pot.
To match the spicy flavor, I chose Bacchus from Hamada Vineyard in Hokkaido.
I felt a slightly sweet flavor with a slight bubble and dense fruits flavor with a deep body.
Not only does it not lose to the flavor of kimuchi, but it also creates a mild and elegant taste.
Yes, it’s perfect, it’s delicious.
It’s like a marriage chosen by a sommelier.
