青いリンゴをスパッと切ったようなフレッシュなアロマ。
ピュアな果実味、澄んだ酸と溌溂としたミネラル感。
この白ワインもコストパフォーマンスが高いと思います。
2本目 アラルディカ ピエモンテ バルベーラ 2022 1,120円
これもピエモンテ産のサステイナブルワイン。
バルベーラはピエモンテ原産のブドウ品種。
ハッキリとした明確な酸が印象的。
たっぷりとした果実味とサラリとした口あたりも良いです。
冷涼感のあるピノ・ノワールのようなニュアンスもあります。
良いワインです。
