庭のローズマリーとペパーミントをたっぷり乗っけて鶏を焼きました。
1本目 トゥルクハイム リースリング 2021 1,850円あ
アルザス産のリースリング。
よく見たらおもてラベルに、SEC DRY と表記がありました。
リースリングって、甘いワインと思っている人がいまだに多いからでしょか？
この辛口の白ワイン。
冷涼感あふれる果実味に、しっかりとした酸とキレのあるミネラル感。
これ、いつもながら本当に良いリースリングです。
ワタシは、今夜はいつもより良いワインが飲みたいな、と思った時、このリースリングを良く抜きます。
2本目 トゥルクハイム ピノ・ノワール 2018 2,000円
トゥルクハイムは、ピノ・ノワールも優れもの。
赤い果実味、伸びる酸、さらりとした口当たり。
エレガントで冷涼な味わいは、ブルゴーニュの良いワインのスタイルです。
価格の高騰が続くブルゴーニュと比べると、この値段は半額以下だと思う。
アルザスのピノ・ノワールは注目すべきワインです。

I baked chicken with plenty of rosemary and peppermint in my garden.
1st Turckheim Riesling 2021 1,850 yen
It was a Riesling from Alsace.
If you look closely, there was a notation of SEC DRY on the Omate label.
Is it because there are still many people who think of Riesling as a sweet wine?
This one is a dry white wine.
I felt a refreshing fruity taste with a firm acidity and a sharp mineral feeling.
It is a really good Riesling as usual.
I often pull out this Riesling when I want to drink better wine tonight.
2nd Turckheim Pinot Noir 2018 2,000 yen
Turckheim produces an excellent at Pinot Noir.
I felt a red fruit taste, stretching acid and smooth texture.
The elegant and cool taste is a good wine style of Burgundy.
Compared to Burgundy, where the price continues to rise, I think this price is less than half the price.
Alsatian Pinot Noir is a remarkable wine.
