お盆の中日。
夏休みの帰省、行楽の最繁忙日のはずが、台風直撃で台無しですね。
被害が拡大するよりはマシですけど。
今日の料理
枝豆
バチマグロ、アヴォカド、長芋のタルタル
チキン、ミニトマト、オクラのサラダ
ポークヒレ肉と幸水梨のソテー、ポテトグラタン添え
いつもはヒレ肉とリンゴのソテーですが、今日は梨を使いました。
思った以上に美味しくてびっくり。
旬の果物は美味しいですね。
1本目 マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2021 980円
今日も我が家のハウスワイン、マルキのシャルドネです。
ピュアな果実味、澄んだ酸、心地の良いミネラル感。
邪魔な味がいっさいない澄んだ口当たり。
文句なしに美味しいです。
2本目 トルチュ・アン・クリーク メルロー カベルネ 2020 1,180円
ラングドック産のメルローとカベルネのブレンド。
リラックスワインが輸入を開始した1998年から続く定番ワインです。
果実味、酸、渋み、とても良くバランスがとれています。
しっかりとした飲みごたえがありながら、口当たりはまろやか。
良く冷やして飲みました。
これも美味しい赤ワインです。

It was a “Obon” midday.
It should be the busiest day for returning home and vacationing during summer vacation.
But it was ruined by a direct hit of a typhoon.
It’s better than the damage spreading, though.
Cooking of the day
Edamame
Maguro, avocado and Nagaimo Tartar
Chicken, Cherry Tomatoes and Okra salad
Sauteed Pork Tenderloin and Pear with Potato Gratin
Usually, it is sauteed tenderloin and apple, but today I used pears.
I was surprised that it tasted better than I expected.
Seasonal fruits are delicious.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021 980 yen
Today, it was my house wine, Marquis Chardonnay.
I felt pure fruit taste, clear acid and pleasant minerality.
I also felt clear mouthfeel without any disturbing tastes.
It is delicious!
2nd Tortues en Crique Merlot Cabernet 2020 1180 yen
It is a blend of Languedoc Merlot and Cabernet.
It is a standard wine that has been around since 1998, when Relax Wine began importing.
I felt good fruits, acidity and tannin with very well balanced.
It has a firm drinking feeling and a mellow mouthfeel.
I chilled it well and drank it.
This is also a delicious red wine.
