今年も夕刻、お盆の迎え火を行いました。
今日の料理
枝豆
サーモン、生ハム、オクラ、ブロッコリーのサラダ
鮭のソテー、ホタテのグリル、ハマグリのワイン蒸し、ポテトグラタン添え
ポテトグラタン、美味しいです。
1本目 ベル・デュ・スッド シャルドネ 2021 1,078円
イトーヨーカドー南大沢店で購入。
ワタシが、セブン＆アイグループのスーパーマーケット用に開発輸入したラングドックの白ワイン。
溌溂とした果実味、ふくよかな酸と心地のよいミネラル感。
ピュアで澄んだ口当たりが嬉しいです。
1000円クラスのシャルドネとして、出色の出来栄えだと思います。
2本目 ベル・デュ・スッド ピノ・ノワール 2021 1,078円
赤ワインはピノ・ノワール。
同じくセブン＆アイグループのスーパーマーケット用に開発輸入したラングドックのワインです。
ピノ・ノワールならではの赤い果実の風味、しっかりとした酸にサラリとした口あたり。
南の産地のピノとは思えない冷涼系のワインです。
これも、1,000円のピノ・ノワールとは思えない抜群のコストパフォーマンスです。
いま、すごく良く売れています。

Potato gratin, delicious.
1st Belle du Sud Chardonnay 2021 1,078 yen
I bought this one at Ito-Yokado Minami-Osawa store.
It is a Languedoc white wine developed and imported by me for the supermarkets of the Seven & i Group.
I felt rich fruit taste, plump acid and pleasant minerality.
I am happy with the pure and clear mouthfeel.
As a 1000 yen class Chardonnay, I think it is a very good result.
2nd Belle du Sud Pinot Noir 2021 1,078 yen
The red wine is Pinot Noir.
This is a Languedoc wine that was also developed and imported for the supermarkets of the Seven & i Group.
I felt Pinot Noir’s unique red fruit flavor, firm acid and smooth mouthfeel.
It is a cool wine that does not seem to be Pinot from the southern production area.
This is also an outstanding cost performance that does not seem to be a 1,000 yen Pinot Noir.
It’s selling really well now.
