今日は立秋です。
暦の上では、秋でも今日も猛暑。
何とも、実態と掛け離れていますね。
今夜は、プライベートな飲み会で、新宿のタヴァーン・オン・エス。
今日は、ワタシのイチオシワインを持ち込みました。
こちらのお店、ワインも持ち込みが出来るのも嬉しいです。
生牡蠣が最高！
昔は8月に生牡蠣はたべられませんでしたよね。
ピックプール・ド・ピネとの相性は抜群！

ミソノヴィンヤード ピノ・ノワール 2001
ワタシのイチオシの北海道のワインも素晴らしい。
いつものようにどのお料理も、凄く美味しいです。
本当にレベルの高いお料理ばかり。
昔話、世間話、共通の知人のヨタ話、真面目な仕事の話まで、ああでもない、こうでもないと大いに盛り上がりました。
美味しい料理、美味しいワイン、話が合うワイン仲間とのひとときは最高です。
皆さん、ありがとうございました！
次回も楽しみにしています！！

Today is Risshu.
On the calendar, it is extremely hot both in autumn and today.
It’s a far cry from the reality.
Tonight, we had a private party at Tavern on S in Shinjuku.
Today, I brought in some of my best wines.
I’m also happy that you can bring your own wine officially to this restaurant.
Raw oysters are the best!
In the past, raw oysters were not eaten in August.
It goes perfectly with Picpoul de Pinat!
As always, all the dishes are very delicious.
All the dishes are really high-level.

My best Hokkaido wines are also wonderful.
We had a folktale, small talk, jokes about mutual acquaintances, and even serious work stories.
They were very exciting.
Good food, good wine, and a great time to hang out with wine buddies to talk to.
