今日の夕食は、新百合ヶ丘のさとうでお寿司です。
最近、ワタシの最も楽しい時間。
朝からワクワクしていました。
しっかりと仕事をした突き出し。
とびきり新鮮なお刺身。
焼きは、シマアジ。
ワインは、小布施のソーヴィニヨン・ブランとシャルドネを持ち込みました。
上等なお寿司に、小布施ワイン。
究極、最強の組み合わせではないでしょうか？
いつも途中でお腹がいっぱいになってしまい、もっとお寿司を食べたいのですが、断念しなくてはいけないのが、玉に瑕。
また、次回が楽しみです。

I went to Shin-Yurigaoka and had a nice sushi dinner at Sato.
The sushi bar is my most favorite restaurant recently.
Their sashimi is quite different from others, very fresh and delicious.
The grilled fish was very special.
I brought two bottles of Obuse Wine, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Sato’s sushi with Obuse Wine was a perfect pairing.
I enjoyed the dinner today indeed.
