中野モンファで会食。
モンファ、またまた久しぶりです。
毎年この時期、ワタシがなんちゃってソムリエを務めるワイン会を開いていましたが、昨年・今年とコロナの影響で中止となっています。
（おととしのワイン会。）
さて、さて、オーナシェフの大越さんのお料理は、どれも本当に素晴らしい。
ワタシの知る限りでは、日本一の四川料理だと思います。
アワビ・ピータン・クラゲの前菜
フカヒレは本当に絶品。
こんな美味しいものがこの世にあるのか？というレベルです。
他のお料理もみんな素晴らしかった。
途中から食べるのと、飲むのと、話に夢中で料理の画像を撮るの忘れました。
ワインの画像も撮るの忘れました。
泡（シャルドネ）→ シュナン・ブラン →ピノ・ノワール → ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン → シラーズ → ピノ・ノワール

今日のスペシャルです。。
グルート・コンスタンシア シラーズ 1980
グルート・コンスタンシアは1685年に設立された南アフリカで最も古い歴史を持つワイナリー。
これはまだアパルトヘイトが続き、ワインの販売も国の統制下にあった中での貴重なストック。
42年も前に造られたワインです。
10年以上前から我が家のセラーにあって、ただ寝かせておいただけで何度か液漏れをしています。
この2年ほどは立てて保存していました。
珍しいワインに大越さんもビックリ。
さて飲めるものか？と思いきや、生きていました。
果実味もしっかり、長期熟成によるオフフレーバーは感じません。
凄く美味しいかと言えば、そうではないのですが、ちゃんと美味しく飲めました。
実に貴重なワインを頂きました。
いや、美味しかったです。楽しかったです。本当に楽しかったです。
ぜひ来年は、ワイン会も再開できればいいなと思っています。

I joined in a private wine dinner with my friends at Monfa in Nakano.
I organized a wine party in Monfa at this time of every year.
However, unfortunately, the party was canceled last year and this year because of covid-19.
The photo is the party in 2019.
We enjoyed outstandingly delicious dishes cooked by Okoshi-san, who is the owner chef of the Chinese restaurant.
Especially, the shark fin cook was a kind of miracle.
I couldn’t believe that such super delicious dish is really exist.
We tasted many kind of wine.
Sparkling Chardonnay
Chenin Blanc
Pinot Noir
Sauvignon Blanc
Shiraz
Pinot Noir
I forgot to take the bottle photo except Shiraz.
Groot Constantia Shiraz 1980
It was today’s special wine.
Groot Constantia is the oldest winery in South Africa established in 1685.
I kept this rare old bottle at my wine cellar over ten years.
I am wondering if the bottle is still drinkable.
Fortunately, the bottle was still alive.
I felt good fruits, elegant acidity and mild tannin.
I didn’t feel any off-flavor because of the long maturing.
It was not outstandingly delicious but very nice.
It was a really nice dinner.
We enjoyed delicious dishes, tasty wines and good talking very, very much.
