とても寒い1日。今日もお料理当番。
生牡蠣
プロシュート、サーモンと小エビのマリネ、チーズ、トマト、プルーン、ナッツ
優夢牛のヒレステーキ
聞きなれない名前の国産牛ですが、柔らかくてジューシーで、とても美味しいお肉でした。
1本目 アルファ・ロワール パト・ド・シャ ソーヴィニヨン シャルドネ 2010 1,450円
ロワール河中流域にある自家葡萄園で自然農法で栽培したソーヴィニヨン・ブランとシャルドネのブランドです。
完熟したブドウで仕込んだワインがキレイに熟成したらこうなるよ、といった美味しいワインの見本ですね。
入荷したてはスッキリとしたドライな味わいでしたが、今はつるんとしたフルーツ感、蜂蜜、バター、ナッツを感じるプレミアムワインの味わいが出ています。
ピュアでナチュラルな口あたりは、そのまま。
これ、凄く美味しいですね。
2本目
アルファ・ロワール パト・ド・シャ ピノ・ノワール 2018 1,450円
ピノ・ノワールもいけてます。
冷涼な産地のピノならではの、サラサラとした口当たり。密度の高い果実味と上品な酸。
タンニンも丸く心地よいです。
これ、しっかり系のピノ・ノワールですが、味わいはとてもエレガント。
今日のヒレ肉のステーキにピッタリでした。

1st Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Sauvignon Chardonnay 2018 1450 yen
It is made from 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in the middle area of Loire River by sustainable method.
I felt a very good white wine mature taste made from fine ripe grapes.
I felt rich fruits, nice citrus, honey, batter, nuts, etc.
The taste is similar to some premium white wine.
What a delicious wine is this!
2nd Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Pinot Noir 2018 1450 yen
This Pinot Noir is also very nice.
I like this cool and elegant taste thanks of the cool climate in Loire.
I felt dense-concentrated fruits, elegant acidity and mild-delicate tannins.
I felt a very nice body and comfortable mouthfeel.
It is a very fine Pinot Noir.
It was very good for the steak today.
