9月3日に刊行された「大岡弘武のワインづくり」を購読しました。
フランスで人気を博したグランド・コリーヌのオーナー醸造家の大岡さんが、岡山で自然派ワインを造ることになった“いきさつ”を中心に、大岡さんのワイン造りについて語った良書です。
一気に読み切りました。
1本目 マルキドボーラン グルナッシュ・シラー ロゼ 2019 870円
マルキドボーランの中で一番売れていないのが、このロゼです。
何度もいいますが、ワタシはマルキドボーランの中で、このロゼが一番好きです。
チャーミングな赤いフルーツ、ピュアな酸、ちょうど良いミネラル感。
飲めばみんな、「辛口のロゼワインって美味しいな」と必ず思うと思います。
一度飲んでみてください。
2本目 マルキドボーラン メルロー 2019 870円
マルキドボーランの中では地味目なメルローですが、おいしいです。
凄く美味しいわけではないけど、普通においしいです。
欠点がまるでありません。
特に口当たりがよく、じゃまな味がありません。
安くて、押しつけがましさがなく、普通においしいワイン。
とてもいいと思います。

I bought a wine book “ Otake Hirotake no Wine Zukuri”, the name means “ The wine making by Hirotake Otake”.
He produces and consults fine “Vin de Method Nature” wines both in France and Japan.
I red out the book today.
It’s a very good book.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Grenache Syrah Rose 2019 870 yen
The rose is the most unsalable wine in Marquis de Beau Rond.
But it is my most favorite wine in Marquis de Beau Rond.
I like the charming red fruits, pure acidity and elegant minerals.
All of the people like this one if they taste, I think.
Why don’t you try it?
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2019 870 yen
I think this Merlot is the most unglamorous wine in Marquis de Beau Rond.
It is not outstandingly nice but normally nice.
I can’t find any fault with this one.
It is very easy to drink.
I didn’t feel any off-flavor.
The price is reasonable and quality is fine.
Very good!
