毎日、とても暑いです。
こんな暑いなか真昼間の屋外で、世界中から来た人が激しくスポーツをしているのは、どう考えてもマズいんではないでしょうか？
今日のお刺し身には、daimajoさまの好物のウニが入りましたよ。
1本目 ラ・クロワ・グラシオ ロゼ 2019 1,580円
ラングドック産のカベルネとシラーのブレンドで造るロゼワイン。
繊細なフルーツ、チャーミングな赤い果実の酸、心地の良いミネラル感。
なんで、このロゼはこんなに美味しいんでしょうか？
4つ前のヴィンテージを初めて飲んだ時、「今までのわが人生で一番美味しいロゼ」とコメントを書きましたが、まさにその通り。
なんか、こう、ふわっとしていて、つるん、としています。
ワタシの脳が美味しい、美味しいと叫んでいます。
いや、脳の言う通りですね。
2本目 マルキドボーラン ピノ・ノワール 2018 1,100円
このラングドックのピノ・ノワールも美味しいです。
特別に美味しいわけではなく、普通に美味しいんですが、普通に美味しいピノ・ノワールが千円ちょっとで飲めるのは普通ではないと思います。
たっぷりとした果実味と、きれいな酸。
サラリとしていて、オフフレーバーが皆無で、後味も心地よい。
やっぱりマルキドボーランは特別だと思います。

I think it is a real crazy thing that now we have a lot of outdoor sports games.
1st La Croix Gratiot Rose 2019 1580 yen
It is made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate vineyards in Languedoc by sustainable method.
I was amazed by this elegant fruits, charming red acidity and comfortable minerals.
When I tasted this rose at the first time 4 years ago, I said, ” It is the best rose wine in my life.”
I wanted to say the same comment today.
What a wonderful rose wine is this!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2018 1100 yen
Also, this Languedoc Pinot Noir is tasty.
It is not outstandingly tasty but normally tasty.
However, it is a special thing that this good Pinot Noir is only 1100 yen.
I felt charming red fruits and acidities.
I didn’t feel any off-flavor.
It is a so pure and natural Pinot Noir.
I think that Marquis de Beau Rond is very special.
