本日、新型コロナのワクチン接種の一回目を受けました。
ワタシは注射が嫌いなので会場前では緊張をしましたが、担当するスタッフの皆さんの手際のよい誘導で待ち時間もなく、あっという間に終了。
注射の痛みも全くありませんでした。
看護師さんに、今日はお酒は飲まな方が良いと言われましたが、軽く聞き流しました。
ポスターによれば、お風呂は 〇 、過度な飲酒は △ なんですね。
では適度な飲酒は、きっと ◎ ですね。
で、今日も前菜だけお料理当番。
プロシュート、シュリンプマリネ、チーズ、ナッツ、ドライフルーツなど、一皿。
1本目 Le Milieu ポラリス 竜眼オレンジ 2020
Le Milieuは二人の若者が長野・安曇野で立ち上げた、ブドウ栽培と醸造を実践する新しい会社です。
これは、長野で古くから栽培される竜眼種100％で造ったオレンジワイン。
サクランボのような愛らしいアロマ、おだやかな果実味、かすかな渋みも感じます。
アルコール度数８％とありますが、ボディも十分です。
自然でピュアなスタイル、良いと思います。
もう少し酸が出るともっと美味しいんじゃないかな？
これから注目していきましょう。
2本目 ドメイヌ・タケダ ブラック・クイーン 古木 樽熟成 2018
タケダワイナリーの自家葡萄園で栽培される樹齢40年超のブラック・クイーン100％で少量のみ仕込まれたワインです。
以前はブラック・クイーン非売品で、ワイナリーの収穫祭のイベントで振舞われるだけだったように記憶しています。
品種由来の濃厚な朱色、インパクトのあるアロマと強い酸。
継ぎ目の全くないシームレスなタンニンと舌触り。
アルコール分10％とありますが、とても力強いワインです。
力強さと同時に、古木のワインならではのエレガンスと奥行きの深さ。
これは特別なワインでした。

I cooked a starter plate, too.

1st Le Milieu Polaris Ryu-Gan Orange 2020
Le Milieu is a new small winery and vineyard in Azumino Nagano.
It is made from 100% Ryu-Gan grown in Azumino by the orange wine method.
I felt a charming aroma like a cherry, good fruits and slight tannin.
The style is pure and natural.
The alcohol degree is only 8% but I felt a good body.
I think it should have a little more acidity.
This winery is worthy of attention.
2nd Domaine Takeda Black Queen Vieille Vigne L’elevage en fut 2018
It is made from 100% Black Queen grown in the estate vineyard in Yamagata.
The age of vines are over 40 years old.
It is a very small products.
It has a brilliant red color, dark fruits and strong acidity.
I also felt outstandingly seamless tannin and mouthdfeel.
Even though the alcohol degree is only 10%, it has a very strong power and elegance.
I am sure that it is a very special red wine.
