昨日TVで「孤独のグルメ」の深夜のステーキを観て、無性にステーキが食べたくなりました。
ドーンと338グラム、美味しかった。
１本目 チェイス・ザ・グレープ ソーヴィニヨンブラン 2019 5,000円（税込み）
オーストラリア・ヤラヴァレー産の白ワイン。
醸造時・亜硫酸無添加、無濾過の自然派ワインです。
発売から一年たって、とても良くなっているように思います。
果実のふくらみと旨味が増して、ヴォリューム感が出てきました。
味わいは、とてもピュアでクリーン。
今後の熟成も期待できそうです。
2本目 アル・エ・ディレ メルロー 2018 1,650円 ＋ 税
昨年末に新発売されたイタリア・ヴェネト産のメルローです。
ハツラツとした果実味に、きれいに伸びる酸が印象的。
なめらかなタンニンと、心地よく伸びるアフターもいいですね。
とても綺麗で深みのある味わい。
これ、とても、とても良いワインです。
ステーキにもピタッとはまりました。

It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Yarra Valley Australia.
The wine is macerated with no-sulfur and bottled by infiltering.
It showed very good mature.
I felt pure – rich fruits, fine- beautiful acidity and very fine minerals.
The style is very clean and natural.
You can expect a high mature potential, I think.

2nd al & dile Merlot 2018 1650 yen + tax
It is a brad-new wine released in last month.
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Veneto Italy by natural farming.
I was impressed in the very crisp fruits and fresh-clean acidity.
Also, I felt very elegant tannin and comfortable-long after taste.
The style is very pure and natural.
I am sure again it is a very fine red wine.
It was very good for the Sirloin Steak tonight.
