今日はクリスマスイブなので、ワインを飲みましょう。
毎日、ワインを飲んでいますが。
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール キュヴェ・エスペシャル NV 1,350円 ＋ 税
ワインショップに勤務していたころは、クリスマスイブといえば、朝から夜まで店頭に立って、シャンパンとスパークリングワインの試飲販売をしたものです。
大昔、池袋の大型店でドンペリニヨンをイブの一日だけで1,400本以上売った覚えがあります。
もう25年も前の話です。
いまは、イブだからって、そんなにシャンパンやワインが売れることはなくなりました。
ま、それだけ、ワインが当たり前の飲み物になったということでしょう。
さて、このオリオル・ロッセールは本当に美味しいですね。
2本目 ノストラーダ グランレゼルバ ゴールドラベル 2000 2,200 円 ＋ 税
ミレニアム・ヴィンテージの2000年生まれのスペインワインです。
アラゴン州のカンポデボルハD.O.で収穫したガルナッチャ60%とカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン40%を大樽で13年、バリック小樽で3年、瓶内でさらに3年の熟成を経てボトリングしています。
滓引きを重ねているし、コルクはシンセティックを使用しているので、長期熟成ワインですが滓やコルク折れの心配はありません。
このシリーズは1993年ヴィンテージから輸入を続けていますが、今回の2000年が一番美味しい思います。
いまだしっかりと上がる新鮮な果実の風味には驚きを感じます。
加えて長期熟成ワインならではの深く複雑な表情。
これ、美味しいです。すごく美味しいです。
2000年は、新年に新成人となる4月から12月生まれの人たちの生まれ年です。
お値段もお手頃なので、プレゼントにいかがでしょうか？

1st Oriol Rossell Cuvee Especial NV 1,350 yen + tax
When I worked at wine shop before, I had a sparkling wine tasting promotion at the front of a store all day long every year.
I remembered when I worked in a big store in Ikebukuro long time ago, we sold over 1400 bottles of Dom Perignon on the Christmas Eve.
It was 25 years ago.
Recently, you don’t sell wine or sparkling wine so much anymore on the Christmas Eve.
Wine has become not so special beverage.
Anyway, Oriol Rossell is very tasty.
2nd Nostrada Gran Reserva Gold Label 2000 2,200 yen + tax
It is a millennium vintage wine.
It is made from 60% Garnacha and 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Campo de Borja D.O. in Spain.
The wine was matured in the big barrel for 13 years then moved to the small cask and matured for 3 years.
Then the wine was bottled and kept maturing for 3 years.
The wine was filtered several times before bottling.
The cork is synthetic.
You don’t mind any long mature problems.
I imported this series from 1993 vintage.
This 2000 vintage is the best one in all vintages, I think.
I was amazed at very fresh fruits even though after 20 years matured.
Also, I felt very deep and complex mouthfeel.
I was sure again it was a great bottle and the price is super reasonable.
