ラングドック・ミネルヴォワ産の白ワイン。
ソーヴィニヨンブラン90％とシャルドネ10％のブレンドです。
アプリコットを思わせる甘ずっぱいフルーツ感。
澄んだ果実味にミネラル感。
やさしくエレガントな味わいです。
このラングドックの白も実に美味しいです。
2本目 ドメーヌ ペッシュ プイエ ルージュ 2016 1,080円
赤もミネルヴォワ産です。
カリニャン、グルナッシュ、メルロー、サンソーのブレンド。
ミネルヴォワならではの、まろやかなタンニンと穏やかな酸、じゅくっとした黒いベリー系のフルーツがいっぱい。
スマホに避難準備の警報音が鳴り続ける中、美味しくいただきました。

1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2016 1080 yen
It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in Minervois Languedoc.
I felt very charming sweet-sour fruits like an apricot, clean acidity and fine minrals.
It is a very delicate and elegant white wine.
It is one of my most favorite house wines recently.
Tasty! Tasty!
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 1080 yen
The red is made from Carignan, Grenache, Merlot and Cinsault grown in Minervois, too.
I felt very nice black berries, elegant acidity and soft tannins.
It is the typical style of Minervois red wine.
While my iPhone was honking warning sounds for Typhoon approaching, I enjoyed tasting this red.
