今日は郡山です。
ヨークベニマル本社で、定例のワインセミナーを開催しました。
今日のテーマは「ニューワールドと日本のワイン」。
広範囲にわたる話なので、3時間の限られた時間内を一気に駆け抜けました。
テイスティングは、南ア、オーストラリア、チリ、日本のシャルドネの比較試飲。
セミナーも今回で6回目。
受講者の皆さんのテイスティング姿も板についてきました。
皆さんも私も頑張りました。
あさってはボジョレー・ヌーヴォーの解禁日です。
ワイン販売の最盛期に入りました。頑張っていきましょう。
講習終了後、今日は宇都宮で途中下車。
古くからの友人と忘年会です。
会場は、食べログ検索で「ワインの持ち込める駅前の居酒屋」でヒットした「酒守 官兵衛」。
このお店が大当たり。
どのお皿もすごく美味しい。
お通しが生牡蠣。
お刺身盛りは、鮮度が抜群。
天ぷら、サクサク感が最高です。
居酒屋レベルを凌駕した料理の数々です。
お店のワインリストから、アルガブランカ・クラレーザを選びました。
持ち込みワインは、チェイス・ザ・グレープ。
持ち込み料1本 1,500円はリーズナブルですね。
しっかりとしたブルゴーニュグラスもうれしいです。
チェイス・ザ・グレープのチル・レッドが、天ぷらと抜群の相性でした。
期待を大きく上回る美味しい料理と美味しいワインで、大いに盛り上がりました。
素敵な時間をありがとうございました。
で、最後にまたやらかしました。
帰路、新宿から小田急線の急行で立ちながら寝ていたようです。
登戸駅で目が覚めて、あっ、各駅停車に乗り換えようと、閉まりかけたドアから飛び降りて、「げ、カバンが無い！」と気づいた時、すでに遅し。
ドアが閉まって、主を失った私のカバンが急行電車とともに去っていきました。
茫然自失な私、カバンの中には大事なパソコンが入っています。
駅員さんにカバンの捜索を願い出ましたが、終電近く、どの駅にも忘れ物に対応できるスタッフがもういないとのこと。
急行が終着駅の唐木田に到着するのを、途中駅の新百合ヶ丘で待つこと30分。
唐木田駅の事務室に、親切な乗客が私のカバンを届けてくれているとの情報が届きました。
ああ、よかった。実によかった。
終電の唐木田行に間に合って、駅でカバンと涙の再会。
戻りの電車は終了しているので、タクシーで帰宅しました。
長い、長い一日でした。でもカバンが戻ってきて本当によかったです。

Today, I went to Koriyama.
At the York Benimaru headquarters, I held a regular monthly wine seminar.
Today’s theme is “New World and Japan Wine”.
Since it was a wide-ranging story, I ran through it in the limited time of 3 hours at once.
The tasting is a comparative tasting of Chardonnay from South Africa, Australia, Chile, and Japan.
This is also the sixth seminar. The tasting of the participants went well.
Everyone and I did our best.
On the day after tomorrow, when Beaujolais Nouveau is lifted.
We have entered the peak of wine sales. Let’s do our best.
After the course, I got off at Utsunomiya today.
It’s a year-end party with an old friend.
The venue was “Sakemori Kanbei”, which was a hit in a Tabelog search for “izakaya in front of the station where you can bring wine”.
This resturant is a big hit.
All the dishes were very delicious.
Raw oysters are served as a starter.
The sashimi platter is extremely fresh.
The tempura and crispy texture are the best.
It was a number of dishes that exceed the level of izakayas.
From the restaurant’s wine list, I chose Aruga Blanca Clareza.
The wine I brought in was Chase the Grape.
The carry-on fee of 1,500 yen is reasonable.
I’m also happy with a nice burgundy glass.
Chase the Grape’s chill red was a perfect match for tempura.
The delicious foods and delicious wine greatly exceeded our expectations, and we had a great time.
Thank you very much for a wonderful time.
So, I did it again at the end.
On the way back, it seems that he was sleeping while standing on the Odakyu Line express from Shinjuku.
When I woke up at Noborito Station and jumped out of the closing door to change to local train, and realized, “Hey, I don’t have a bag!”
The door closed, and my bag, which had lost its owner, left with the express train.
I was at a loss, and the bag had an important my computer.
I asked the station staff to search for my bag, but near the last train, there was no staff at any station who could handle forgotten items.
I waited for 30 minutes for the express train to arrive at the final station, Karakida, at the station on the way.
I received information from the office at Karakida Station that a kind passenger was delivering my bag.
Oh, that’s good. It was really good.
I made it in time for the last train to Karakida, and reunited with my bag with tears at the station.
The return train was over, so I took a taxi home.
It was a long, long day. But I’m really glad that my bag is back.
