突き抜けるような青空が広がりました。
朝は冷え込みましたが、昼間は気温も上昇。
とても気持ちの良い秋の一日。
洗濯物が良く乾きました。
今日の料理
生ハム、モッツァレラ、アヴォカド、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
湯豆腐
ローストチキン リンゴのソテー添え
とても美味しくいただきました。
本日のワイン
モンターニュ・ノワール カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン 2020 1,500円
ラングドックのこのクラスのカベルネで、2020年ヴィンテージってけっこう貴重です。
たっぷりの果実味に、心地の良い熟成感。
熟成感って熟成しないと味わえないから、待つしかないんですよね。
でも待っったら、へったっちゃうことも良くある。
これは全然、へたってないですよ。美味しいですよ。

This class of Cabernet the 2020 vintage in Languedoc is quite valuable.
I felt plenty of fruits and a pleasant maturing feeling.
You can’t taste the feeling of aging unless it is aged, so you have to wait.
But if you wait, the quality often get down.
This is not a sloppy thing at all. It’s delicious.
