調布の深大寺にお詣りしました。
ちょくちょくお詣りしている深大寺、いつもは平日にお詣りするのですが、日曜日にお詣りしたのは初めてかも。
で、参拝客の多さにびっくり。
若い女性が多いのも驚きです。
七五三詣りの家族連れもたくさんいて、さらにびっくり。もうそんな季節なんだと改めて気が付きました。
家に帰ってさっとお料理です。
今日は二皿だけ。
メジマグロのカルパッチョ サラダ仕立て
地鶏の香草焼き
ついこの間まで、鮮魚売り場にはキハダマグロかよく並んでいましたが、ここのところメジマグロがたくさん出てきました。
メジマグロは本マグロの幼魚。値段は本マグロの半分以下。でも、今日のメジマグロはかなり大きかったです。味は本マグロと変わらないかな。美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
マルキドボーラン ピノ・ノワール 2022 1,350円
マグロのカルパッチョと地鶏に合わせてピノ・ノワールが飲みたいな、と、思ってマルキドボーランのピノ・ノワールを開けました。
ピノ・ノワールならでは赤いチャーミングな果実の風味、綺麗な酸とサラリとした口当たり。
ボディは濃すぎず薄すぎず、ちょうど按配の良いバランスです。
マルキドボーランは、ピノ・ノワールも非常に満足度の高いワインです。

I visited Jindaiji-Temple in Chofu.
I usually visit Jindaiji-Temple on weekdays, but this may be the first time I visited on Sunday.
So, I was surprised by the number of worshippers.
It is also surprising that there are many young ladies.
There were many families who paid their respects to Shichigosan, and I was even more surprised. I realized once again that it was already such a season.
Ten I went home and cooked quickly.
There are only two dishes today.

I wanted to drink Pinot Noir with maguro carpaccio and local chicken, so I opened Marquis de Beau Rond’s Pinot Noir.
I felt a charming red fruits flavor, beautiful acidity, and a smooth mouthfeel.
The body is neither too dense nor too thin, just the right balance.
Marquis de Beau Rond is also a very satisfying wine with Pinot Noir.
