壊れていた客間のエアコンを交換しました。
30年前のエアコンでした。
客間は実際には、納戸部屋になっており、エアコン修理のスペース確保のため部屋の荷物を大移動。
汗だく、へろへろになりました。
新しいエアコンの電気代は、30年前のエアコンの1/3くらいだそうです。

焼き野菜
鯖の一夜干し
やっぱり作りすぎました。
本日のワイン
マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2024 1,080円
25年前に、この日記を書き始めたころ、一年間に私が家で一番飲んでいるワインを調べたところ、
マルキドボーランのソーヴィニヨン・ブランが断トツ一位でした。
今は、昔ほど頻繁には飲んでいませんが、やっぱり満足度の高いワインです。
アロマ、果実味、酸、ミネラル感、透明感、後味と、どのの味わいも申し分ありません。
今日の料理との相性も、とても良かったです。

I replaced the air conditioner in the guest room that was broken.
It was an air conditioner from 30 years ago.
The guest room is actually a barn room, and the luggage in the room is moved to secure space for air conditioner repairs.
I was sweating and soaked.
The electricity cost of a new air conditioner is about 1/3 of that of an air conditioner from 30 years ago.

Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2024 1,080 yen
When I started writing this diary 25 years ago, I looked up the wine I drank the most at home during the year.
Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc was by far the best.
I don’t drink it as often as I used to, but it’s still a highly satisfying wine.
Aroma, fruit, acidity, minerality, transparency, aftertaste, all tastes are perfect.
It also went very well with today’s food.
