暦って詐欺としか思えません。
今日の料理
ゴーヤのツナのマヨネーズあえ
マグロ、真鯛、小海老のマリネ サラダ仕立て
真鯛のグリル ラザニア添え
たいへんよく出来ました。
本日のワイン
ベルクール ブランドブラン NV 1,650円
フランス産のこれといった特徴のないスパークリングワインですが、これがなかなか美味しいです。
ラングドック産のアイレンとマカブーのブランド。
キンキンに冷やして、普通にとても美味しいです。

Today’s dish
Goya and tuna mayonnaise
Marinated Tuna, Red-snapper, and Shrimp salad
Grilled Madai with lasagna
It was very well done.
Today’s Wine
Bellcourt Branc de Blanc NV 1,650 yen
It’s a sparkling wine from France that doesn’t have any such characteristics, but it’s quite delicious.
It is made from Airen and Macaboo from Languedoc.
It’s usually very delicious.
