生ハム、モッツァレラ、ブロッコリー、トマト、オクラ、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
鯖の塩焼き
今日もこんな感じです。
もう一品作ろうかと迷ったのですが、作らなくてよかったです。

チェスコンも新ロットが入荷しました。
届いてびっくり。ラベルががらりと変わっています。
あれま、事前に何の連絡もないって、困りますね。
ピュアな味わいは変わりません。
品種ならではの華やかなアロマ、澄んだ果実味に、きれいな酸、しっかりとしたミネラル感。
ロットの切り替わりは秋が深まったあたりでしょうか？
新しいラベルになってもよろしくお願いします。

I think this heat is the most severe heat I have ever experienced in my life.
I was drenched in sweat just by going outside to turn the circular board around the neighbor’s house.

Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV 1,250 yen
A new lot of Cescon has also arrived.
I was surprised to receive it. The label has changed drastically.
Well, it’s a problem if you don’t have any contact in advance.
But the pure taste remains unchanged.
I felt the nice aroma unique to the variety, clear fruits taste, beautiful acidity, and firm minerality.
Is the lot switching around the end of autumn?
