本日、大学のゼミのOB会の先輩方と避暑会を開催。
会場は、地元鶴川の香山園のレストラン。
明治初期に建てられた豪邸を改装した見事な空間で日本料理を頂きます。
ワインは今日も持ち込みです。
まずは、チェイス・ザ・グレープのオレンジワインとアルバリーニョ。
実に和食によく合います。
赤ワインは、一人の先輩がジョージア旅行のおみやげで買ってきてくれたサペラヴィ。
これ、飲んでびっくり美味しいです。
サペラヴィの凝縮した果実味に、心地の良い酸とまろやかな渋みがバランスよく絡みます。
さらりとした舌触りのエレガントなスタイルです。
ジョージアワインの今を感じさせてくれる貴重な経験が出来ました。
締めに注文した土鍋で炊いたトウモロコシご飯が、もの凄く美味しかったです。

さて、食事のあとは勢い余ったカラオケです。
大学の校歌なんかを大きな声で歌ったり、してしまいました。
ああ、楽しかった。
また、集まりましょう。

Today, I held a summer retreat party with the seniors of the university seminar alumni association.
The venue is a restaurant in Kagoyamaen in my local Tsurukawa area.
We enjoyed Japan cuisines in a stunning space that has been renovated from an old house built in the early Meiji period.
I brought my own wine today.
First, Chase the Grape’s Orange Wine and Albarino.
It went really well with Japanese foods.
The red wine was bought by a senior colleague as a souvenir of his trip to Georgia.
This is surprisingly delicious.
The concentrated fruits flavor of Saperavi is well-balanced with a pleasant acidity and mild astringency.
It is an elegant style with a smooth texture.
I was able to have a valuable experience that made me feel the present of Georgian wine.
The corn rice cooked in a clay pot that I ordered at the end was exquisite.
Thank you very much.
Well, after the meal, it’s karaoke with a lot of momentum.
We sang the university school song loudly.
Oh, it was fun.
Let’s get together again!
