今日は参議院選挙の投票日。
ちゃんと投票してきましたよ。
今日の料理
枝豆
生ハム、小エビ、玉子、ブロッコリー、オクラ、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
あとは、冷蔵庫の残り物をいただきました。
昨日の鰻ご飯、休肝日に作ったゴーヤチャンプルとか。
残り物も美味しかったです。

オリオル・ロッセール ロゼ・ブリュットNV 1,780円
最近ハマっているオリオル・ロッセールのロゼです。
自家葡萄園で有機栽培をしたピノ・ノワールとガルナッチャで造られています。
ひとくち目の爽快な泡と、チャーミングな赤い酸が、実に印象的です。
美味しくて、ぐいぐい飲んでしまします。
こういう上質なスパークリングワインは、もっと大事に飲まなくちゃいけませんね。

Salad with Prosciutto, Shrimp, Egg, Broccoli, Okra, Cherry-tomatoes, Kiwi and Apple
After that, I had leftovers from the refrigerator.
Eel rice, Goy-champuru, etc.
The leftovers were also delicious.

Oriol Rossell Rose Brut NV 1,780 yen
It is Oriol Rossell’s rose that I have been addicted to lately.
It is made from Pinot Noir and Garnacha, which are organically grown in the estate vineyards.
The refreshing bubbles and the charming red acid at the first taste are truly impressive.
It’s delicious and I drank it qickly.
You have to drink this kind of high-quality sparkling wine with more care.
