今日も真夏日。暑いです。
関西から西は、すでに梅雨明けしたそうです。
7月を待たずに梅雨明けとは。
いったい、地球はどうなっちゃてるでしょう？
そんななか、今日もやらなくてはいけないことが沢山ありました。
ああ、毎日が忙しい。。。
今日の料理
大根おろしとシラスの冷奴
サーモン、小海老、モッツァレラ、ブロッコリー、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
ラザニア
いつものように、トマトソースは昨日のうちに仕込んで置きました。
ラザニア、美味しい。
本日のワイン
アンコーラ ピノ・グリージョ ロゼ 2023 1,250円
ラザニアの国と色を合わせて、イタリアのロゼワインをガッチリ冷やして飲みました。
ロンバルディア州産のピノ・グリージョ90%とピノ・ノワール10%のブレンドです。
新鮮なラズベリーを思わせる赤い果実の酸に、豊かに湧きでるフルーツ感。
フルーティーでありながらキレもあって、エレガントでチャーミング。
このロゼ、いつ飲んでも本当に美味しいです。

Cold Tofu with Shirasu and Grated-radish
Salmon, Shrimp, Mozzarella, Broccoli, Cherry-tomatoes, Kiwi and Apple salad
Lasagna
As usual, I prepared the tomato sauce yesterday.
My lasagna is delicious.
Wine of the Day
Ancora Pinot Grigio Rose 2023 ¥1,250
Because I wanted to match the color and the country of lasagna, I opened Italian rose wine chilled.
It is a blend of 90% Pinot Grigio and 10% Pinot Noir from Lombardy.
I felt red fruits acidity reminiscent of fresh raspberries, and a rich fruitiness.
Fruity yet sharp, elegant and charming.
This rose is really delicious no matter when I drink it.
