本日、自宅で手巻き寿司&プチワイン会の予定でしたが、参加予定のゲストが新型コロナに感染とのこと。
家族だけのいつもの手巻き寿司になりました。
ゲストのために用意した自家製のイクラでしたが、私がたっぷりと頂きました。
1本目 パルレ-ヴ ラ ロワール 2023 2,000円
先週、板橋のとだやさんで購入した白ワインです。
ロワール産のシャルドネとムロンのブレンドだそうです。
あら、珍しいですね。
ムロンといえばミュスカデですから、産地はおそらくロワールの下流域でしょうか？
で、これ、美味しいです。
透明感のある果実味、フレッシュな柑橘系の酸、程よいミネラル感。
ピュアでナチュラル、綺麗なワインです。
やっぱり、とだやさんのおすすめワインは絶対にはずしません。
手巻き寿司にピッタリでした。
今日は、上等なワインをもっと抜くはずでしたが、やむなく中止。
赤は、昨日の残りのチノ・チャノを飲みました。
美味しかったです。

Today, I was scheduled to have a Temaki-Sushi & petit wine party at home, but the guest I invited was infected with the Covid-19.
It became the usual Temaki-Sushi just for the family.
It was homemade salmon caviar prepared for the guests, but I had plenty of it.
1st Parlez-Vous la Loire 2023 2,000 yen
This is the white wine I bought last week at Todaya in Itabashi.
It is a blend of Chardonnay and Melon from the Loire.
Oh, that’s unusual.
Speaking of Melon, it is Muscadet, so the production area is probably the lower reaches of the Loire.
And this is delicious.
I felt transparent fruits flavor, fresh citrus acid and moderate minerality.
It is a pure, natural, and beautiful wine.
After all, I will never miss Todaya’s recommended wine.
It was perfect for Temaki-Sushi.
Today, I was going to open more fine wines, but I had no choice but to cancel.
I drank the leftover Xino-Xano from yesterday.
It was delicious.
