今日は立秋。
暦の上では、もう秋です。
もの凄く暑いです。
いろいろあって、料理を作る気力がなくなり、今日は近所の回転寿司で夕食。
いつものイタリアの白ワインでお寿司をいただきました。
家に帰ってからも、珍しくワインを飲まずに、丹沢の地ビールをいただきました。
さあ、早く寝ようかと思いつつ、今夜もまたオリンピック中継をダラダラと見てしまいました。
暑いし、寝不足だし、体があちこち痛いし、いかんですね。

Today is Risshu, the beginning day of fall.
On the calendar, it’s already autumn.
It’s very hot.
Due to various reasons, I didn’t have the energy to cook, so today I had dinner at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in my neighborhood.
We had sushi with the usual Italian white wine.
Even after returning home, I didn’t drink wine, which is unusual, and I had a local beer from Tanzawa.
I was thinking about going to bed early, but tonight I watched the Olympics broadcast again.
It’s hot, I don’t get enough sleep, my body hurts all over the place, and I don’t care.
