今日の夕食は、新百合ヶ丘の「寿司さとう」です。
メルシャン時代の同僚の“ふなぴょん”さんとご一緒しました。
さとうさんに来るのも、ふなぴょんさんとお会いするのも、本当に久しぶりです。
抜群に美味しいお刺身とお魚。
積もりに積もった話も弾みます。
ワインは、濱田ヴィンヤードのシャルドネ2020年と、鎌倉ワインのメルロー2022年。
飛び抜けて美味しいお寿司と、上等な日本ワインの組み合わせ。
最高です。本当に最高です。

Today’s dinner is “Sushi Sato” at Shin-Yurigaoka.
I was with my colleague “Funapyon” from my Mercian days.
It’s been a really long time since I’ve come to Sato and met Funapyon.
We enjoyed exceptionally delicious sashimi and fish.
The pile of stories was also lively.
The wines are Hamada Vineyard’s Chardonnay 2020 and Kamakura Winery Merlot 2022.
The combination of exceptionally delicious sushi and fine Japan wine.
It’s awesome. It’s really awesome.
