沖縄アグー豚ヒレ肉とリンゴのソテー
今日も猛暑の中、お料理、おつかれさまでした。
さて、今日は南フランスから届いたサンプルワインの試飲でした。
オリジナルワインの候補で、赤2種類と白2種類。
一番おいしいと思った白ワインは、ボトル一本全部飲みました。

It was a big job for cooking in the heat today.
Well, I tasted sample wines that arrived from the South of France.
It is a candidate for the original wine, 2 types of red and 2 types of white.
I drank the whole bottle of white wine that I thought was the best.
