今日はゲストを迎えて、プチ日本ワイン会＆手巻き寿司。
メバチマグロ、真鯛、チダイ、ヒラマサ、太刀魚、ホタテ、カツオ、生シラス、ツナマヨ
今夜も手巻き寿司は最高です。
ワインは身内と友人のものが中心。

一本だけ、初めて飲む変わり種。
Kentoku Winery ピノ・ノワール 2023 神奈川県・相模原市
Kentoku Wineryはおとなりの相模原市に生まれた新しいワイナリー。
2015年にブドウ栽培を開始し、現在0.7ヘクタールの自社葡萄園でいろいろなブドウ品種を栽培しています。
2013年に醸造免許を取得し、今夜開けたボトルは、ワイナリーのファースト・ヴィンテージ。
ピノ・ノワール83%にブラック・クイーン17%をブレンドしているそうです。
軽めのタッチですが、ちゃんとピノ・ノワールの品種特性が出ています。
ブドウを変にイジッタ感がないところに好感が持てます。
Kentoku Winery、地元といってもいいくらい、我が家の近くにあるワイナリー。
これから、注目していきたいと思います。

The Temaki-Sushi was also the best tonight.
Most of the wines are from relatives and friends.

Kentoku Winery Pinot Noir 2023 Sagamihara, Kanagawa
Kentoku Winery is a new winery born in our neighboring city of Sagamihara.
We started viticulture in 2015 and now grow a variety of grape varieties on our own vineyard of 0.7 hectares.
They got the wine making license in 2023, and the bottle I opened tonight is the winery’s first vintage.
It is said that it is a blend of 83% Pinot Noir and 17% Black Queen.
It’s a light touch, but it shows the varietal characteristics of Pinot Noir.
I like the fact that the grapes are not strangely irrigated.
Kentoku Winery, a winery close to my home, which can be said to be local.
I would like to pay attention to it from now on.
