庭のカベルネの剪定をしました。
上部に結果枝を2本、下部に予備枝を4本残してあとの枝は全て落としました。
見た目は、まあまあ良い感じです。
今日の料理。
石垣鯛、めじな、マグロの剥身の刺身
生ハム、ブロッコリー、イチゴ、チーズのサラダ
地鶏の香草焼き
庭のローズマリーとペパーミントを大量に使ってローストしました。
美味しいです。
1本目 アンコーラ ピノ・グリージョ 2022 1,080円
イタリア・ロンバルディア産の白ワイン。
これも我が家のハウスワインです。
ふわっとしたピュアな果実味が印象的です。
2本目 アンコーラ サンジョヴェーゼ 2021 1,080円
イタリア・プーリア産の赤ワイン。
同じく、我が家で良く飲むワインです。
雑味のないバランスの良い味わい。美味しいです。

I did a pruning of the Cabernet in my garden.
I left 2 result branches at the top and 4 spare branches at the bottom, and dropped all the other branches.
Visually, it looks reasonably good.
Today’s dishes.

Salad with Prosciutto, Broccoli, Strawberries and Cheese
Herb-grilled Chicken
I roasted it using a large amount of rosemary and peppermint from my garden.
It’s delicious.
1st Ancora Pinot Grigio 2022 1,080 yen
It is a white wine from Lombardy, Italy.
This one is also my house wine.
The fluffy and pure fruit flavor is impressive.
2nd Ancora Sangiovese 2021 1,080 yen
It is a red wine from Puglia, Italy.
It is also a wine that I often drink at home.
I felt a well-balanced taste without any miscellaneous taste.
It’s delicious.
