節分ですね。
お昼にスーパーマーケットで買った恵方巻をいただきました。
スーパーマーケットの売場にある恵方巻の種類の多さには驚きました。
あれ、全部売れるのかな？
今日の夕食は、すき焼きです。
すき焼きは手間がかからず、ご馳走気分が味わえるのが良いですね。
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール キュヴェ・エスペシャル NV 1,350円
自家葡萄園で有機栽培されたブドウで仕込むスペインのカーヴァ。
この価格でこのクオリティ。
飲むたびに、感銘を受けます。いや、ほんと。
抜群の安定感、抜群の美味しさ。
２本目 ノストラーダ マカベオ ムスカ 2021 950円
今日は2本目も白ワイン。
スペイン内陸部、カスティーリャ産のマカベオとマスカットのブレンド。
なんの変哲もないワインですが、ピュアで透明感のある味わいがうれしい。
普通においしいです。

At noon, I had an Ehomaki that I bought at the supermarket.
I was surprised by the variety of Ehomaki on the supermarket section.
I wonder if I can sell them all?
Today’s dinner is sukiyaki.
The good thing about sukiyaki is that it doesn’t take much effort and you can enjoy the feeling of a feast.
1st Oriol Rossell Cuvee & Especial NV 1,350 yen
It is a Spanish Cava made from grapes grown organically in the estate vineyards.
It is not standard that this quality with this price.
Every time I drink it, I am so impressed in the taste.
2nd Nostrada Macabeo Muscat 2021 950 yen
Today, the second bottle of white wine was also white.
It is a blend of Macabeo and Muscat from Castile, inland Spain.
It is an ordinary wine, but I am happy with the pure and transparent taste.
It’s usually tasty.
